We are a small data/analytics team. Most of us split our time between work and family. Our focus is measuring digital platforms such as websites and mobile apps, exploring user behavior on these platforms, and using the data to help improve our clients' businesses.

Our goal is to enjoy our work and deliver high-quality results. That’s why we don’t hire often — we typically add a new team member about once a year.

What we offer you

For work to be meaningful, we usually ask for a minimum of around 30 hours per month.

As we work online, our overheads are low.

This allows us to offer great pay to our team members.

We value experience in data or analytics, but what matters most is a love for numbers and reliability. We can teach you everything else. At the same time, we do our best to make sure team members are not left in situations where they don’t know how to solve something and have no one to ask.

Sometimes kids run around during our calls. We won’t mind yours — as long as you don’t mind ours.

A few years ago, I knew nothing about analytics, but I have always liked numbers and love discovering new things.


As a mother of two young children, I was looking for a way to spend time with my family without making major compromises — and still work in an interesting field. I started by taking courses in graphic design and website creation and slowly began exploring that area.

But unexpectedly, Zuzka offered me the chance to try working in web analytics. I knew very little about the field, but I quickly realized it was exactly the right fit for me. It was not easy at the beginning — I had a lot to learn. But Vašek and Zuzka have always been (and still are) an incredible source of support.

I have already learned a great deal, and I still have many opportunities to grow. From the start, I have had full control over how I divide my time between family and work — exactly as promised. And for that, I am deeply grateful to Vašek and Zuzka.

We operate primarily online, and most of us set our working hours based on our family needs and personal priorities. During the week, we have two fixed blocks for online meetings. One is our team sync, where we discuss client matters and plan our work. The other is an educational call, where we share knowledge and explore how to solve specific situations together. We invest around 30% of our working time into learning and development — which is essential in our field.

Every new team member receives dedicated one-on-one support. They start with small support tasks and gradually grow. We only introduce them to client work once we all agree they are ready and can deliver high-quality results.

The freedom we offer comes with an expectation of reliability, responsibility, and a willingness to improve.
